Photorealistic rendering
In addition to our 3D modelling capabilities, we can not only produce 3D drawings, but also fully render them, photorealistically, for all your presentation needs.
Below is a selection of recent projects for which we have created rendered images:
|
This is the headtree of Tensile 1. It is the assembly used to lift the fabric along the kingpole (mast) of the tent. We have drawn it in 3D due to ensure that all the components (hoists, chains, cables, pulleys...) would fit in the allocated space. The rendered image has been produced to illustrate the layout in a friendlier way than a set of drawings does.

This is the timber frame of a local barn, whose conversion into a dwelling is being studied.

|
We have used these pictures to illustrate the safety zones in the Tensile 1 safety manual. They show a model of the tent inserted in a virtual 3D background.

The Tuneable Vibration Absorber was developed entirely in 3D. All subsequent drawings, including parts fabrication drawings, were extracted from this general drawing, which has been rendered for purposes of presentation to the Client.

|
These two pictures were produced to help a Client chose between two schemes for pump housing covers.

This picture illustrates the lift of a tank cover. The space around the three tanks was cramped, and the crane needed quite large. This is why we produced a 3D model of the main features and the crane, to simulate its moves and ensure it did not hit anything.
